I was impressed with his clarity and frankness as we discussed the work I wanted done. He was able to understand what I wanted and to develop plans accordingly. After the plan was initially developed, he walked me through the entire project, both on paper and in the house, to make sure he understood what I wanted. I was grateful that he had no hesitation pointing out conflicts between what I wanted and what was possible to do. When the revised lan was ready, he and his crew began the extensive work, which included taking all, or large portions of these rooks down to the studs, realigning the roof and wall structures, resinsulating, rewiring, replumbing, reflooring, dry-walling, plastering, installing new windows and doors, and painting nearly 70 percent of my house.
